Why Does My Spine Hate Me?

"I thought it would go away". I must have heard this 100,000 times in my practice when I ask people why they didn't come in for help sooner. In fact, I heard this so often we had it painted onto the rception room wall. The truth of the matter is, if the pain is lasting more than a couple of days, then the it is likely that the problem isn't going to go away by itself and you need some help.
